DESCRIPTION: The "Mina de Biniamar" is built within the old mine from the village and has about 2500m2 of plot available. The living surface is approximately 300m2, which is distributed (each floor accessible from the outside) over 4 floors. This house, with lots of history and character, is located about 2 kilometers from the village of Selva. The ground floor, made in a vault where originally the coal was removed, has an open kitchen with large dining table, ceramic hob, big fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances and TV corner, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (of which one en suite) . Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms (one of which en suite), a second small kitchen (ceramic hob and sink only) and a second living room. Then in the second floor are another 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms (one of which en suite) and a living room with fireplace. On the third floor (tower) is another single room with toilet. The TV has ASTRA satelitereception, there is also Wi-Fi. The garden has a pool (11 x 5.5 m) with sun loungers, a covered barbecue and table tennis.
